Dr. Hyland is one of those surgeons who takes the time to explain the procedure. He doesn't rush you in and out of his office, like many healthcare professionals do these days. What impressed me the most was his visit with me before surgery. When I first arrived in the "prep" area, he was already suited up and waved to me, acknowledging my arrival - that gave me comfort.
