Was in town for a music festival so felt very safe knowing the whole place was occupied with many folks. Front desk was kind enough to let us go in early after cleaning was done.m but could have used a top off for the soaps and more toilet paper on arrival. Room looks very modern. Partner complained that bed was stiff and toilet seat was loose. But considering the accessibility using the metro straight down to the convention center area and a one night stay, it was a good value.
It’s the best, clean, safe budget friendly hotel in the area. 5 - 8 min drive to beach, Aquarium, Catalina landing and all the downtime areas. Front desk is very friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and very utilitarian, nothing fancy but very much comfortable and safe. Walking distance to McDonald’s, Taco Bell, pollo loco, Burger King . Parking is ample and safe.

Great bargain for the price! Will definitely be staying again!
