Do not trust this place!!! The man at the counter is a thief and a liar!!! I was told I would be charged $100 for the room and a $50 refundable fee and as soon as I got to my room I saw he charged me $200!! When I went to ask him he gaslighted me and said he told me about the extra $50 since I arrived early in the morning, which was never said!! Then he proceeded to argue with me and did not want to give me a refund!!! I had to immediately leave and call the bank to dispute the charge!!
This hotel has the worst hygiene! We booked two rooms, room 208 and 209. In room 209, there were little bugs all over the bath. I think we counted seven of them. Additionally, there were stains all over the bed covers. In room 208, there was a tissue stuck on our door and cat hair all over the couch, though I did not get a picture of that. Both rooms have extremely strong smells, one smells like cleaning supplies and the other I can’t even describe. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely unpleasant. The cleanliness of this hotel is completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that basic upkeep is not a priority. The baseboards and flooring were visibly dirty, with grime and buildup along the edges (see photos). Even worse, the door frames and trim had what appear to be rust stains, splatter marks, and old residue, which is honestly disturbing in a place that’s supposed to be cleaned between guests.
