They truly care about thier patients. I had an amazing experience there and if I am struggling I will go back there is no shame in needing help and they have the patients best interests in mind. I truly loved my Dr. I wish I could remember her name but she was phenomenal.
The place is horrible the workers act like two year old girls they ask you the same questions wont give you paperwork for your court date and the workers needs to be locked in themselves the patients end up just going to a group home and the majority of the staff needs to be arrested they all harassed me while I was sleeping my friends were worried sick not hearing from me the whole time and they misdiagnosed me and its just a bunch of people acting like a crazy psychotic persona and people using substances they ripped up my... read more
The whole place is a joke whoever the head person of the hospital is needs to go in to the room more its basically a place to be homeless for a bit for young adults to not have a home for not following the rules the nurses are abusive they mess up the discharge date everytime and they send the young adults to a group home its st louis which is not the place for doctors the staff talks about drinking alcohol in front of the patients and is rude they send patients to court and more then half the patients want to be away from t... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay was over a year ago, and it still makes me shudder. The nurses seemed more focused on control than on building trust or a therapeutic relationship. Throughout my stay, I experienced care that often felt undignified, disrespectful, antagonistic, and at times, humiliating. Just got my son out today 10/7/25 Was completely horrible. Did not give my son the level of care they promised. Did not check the charts to see what meds my son needed or didnt. They was very unorganized and cared more about social hour then paying attention to the patience. My son suffered more in there then in my care. He hurt himself more in there then at home.
