They fixed our Kohler bidet for a reasonable price (included shipping) and were very helpful walking us through the process on phone. Highly recommended.
Stellar customer service!! Organized and thoughtful—told me to wait a few months while Kohler Company took his advice to package the hinge I needed by itself, so my repair would be a couple dollars instead of a thousand for a whole new bidet seat. Then, he called and shipped the part to me FREE since it had taken Kohler so long to finally issue the part!
