After 4 years as a patient, I would not recommend and am already looking for an alternative. Unbelievably incompetent management of a clinic, having used "financial difficulty" as a long term excuse, pretending that they are basically doing medicine pro bono. On several occasions when booked for an in-person appointment, Dr. Venter repeatedly interrupts physical examinations and conversations to go interact with another patient being booked for an overlapping time slot (or one he is late for) in an examination room next door... read more

almost impossible to get to them by a phone call or a text message. I believe they accept more patients than they are able to handle. Dr.Wikus Venter is always in rush.
One of the absolute worst clinics when it comes to reception answering the phone!!!! It drives me crazy, i always have to go in to the physical location to get a hold of someone. Even just in the last 30 min I called 11 times and not a single pick up it’s actually ridiculous. Doctors are good and staff is nice but for the love of god please pick up your phones at reception!!! There is no point in having them if they’re not going to act as an actual contact point for the clinic :(
What's the point in having a doctor if you can't even pick up the phone? I've called this clinic 40 times over the past week and get nothing but the voicemail. They say to go online to book. Their website has to function to allow bookings and directs you to their telephone number. You call, and get nothing but voicemail. Never encountered this in my life before
