OMG I just did 30 minutes of infrared sauna and it was AMAZING! And the end it felt like I had jumped into a pool. I am 66 yrs. I had an extraction of my 3rd upper molar last Saturday at 3pm. I had numbness from the anesthesia and I didn't feel any pain.
