Very disappointed when reaching out for an appointment, telling them that I desperately need to talk to someone and the only thing they care to tell me was that "it depends on what insurance you have" and "there is a 4-6 week wait for an appointment". Responded with a question about the availability of emergency services and didn't even get a reply. Obviously a very caring bunch (said with sarcasm). I will certainly be letting my PC know to not refer any more patients to this group.
Friendly staff, comfortable environment, always a place to get lifted. Stacy is a great provider and has helped me tremendously treating my mental health. Highly recommend.
