This place USED to care. I forgot when you’re mentally unwell and put on medication that hasn’t let you have a full night of sleep in over week, that you remember everything! I missed a crucial appointment by a short time frame and now they’re asking me to wait an additional 4 days with THE WRONG MEDICATION (which the provider said could very well be a problem) even though my provider is still in office until 5pm today. That’s fine I won’t sleep! The receptionist doesnt want to help people, she wants to belittle them. Honest... read more
Disrespectful as hell. Wouldnt listen to a word i said. I guess anybody in their twenties who has psych ward admits, suciicide attempts, been on every medication., well they wouldnt knkw what medications work for their bodied
If your on a journey for healing and to discover what/how/why this is the place . I am not an advocate on medication but when you figure out missing links to why your brain responds and How to help it everything starts to become clearer. I did the gene test and for me I gained so much knowledge that will put me on a greater healing path . It all takes time but piece by piece with great care you can begin to feel whole :) I do recommend gene testing ! And just a shout out to Stacy for your expertise on this!
