If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. If you’re considering using Hygeia as a psychiatrist practice DON’T!! I have met with almost every practitioner here over the years and I can say confidently that they do not care, they really don’t. They do not care for your well being. My most recent psychiatrist Geofrey Otienoh prescribed me 20 mg Extended Release Adderall in the morning, 20 mg instant release at 12pm, and 20 mg instant release AGAIN at 3pm. I had a bad experience with a doctor who prescribed me medicine. And I had a bad reaction with the medicine and I didn't like how I was feeling. But then, he bailed out on me and was no help and I got someone else.
Since posting a 1-star review because the practice was so slow in responding to my daughter's initial email to them, they have responded with lightening speed. The bad review definitely got their attention. I am hopeful that any future interactions my daughter has with them are positive and I will turn this into a good review. Update: since re-posting this as a 2-star review, the practice has sent my daughter forms, etc., to set up a consultation, so at least things are now moving forward, so I've upgraded to 3 stars.
