I had a bad experience with a doctor who prescribed me medicine. And I had a bad reaction with the medicine and I didn't like how I was feeling. But then, he bailed out on me and was no help and I got someone else.
Since posting a 1-star review because the practice was so slow in responding to my daughter's initial email to them, they have responded with lightening speed. The bad review definitely got their attention. I am hopeful that any future interactions my daughter has with them are positive and I will turn this into a good review. Update: since re-posting this as a 2-star review, the practice has sent my daughter forms, etc., to set up a consultation, so at least things are now moving forward, so I've upgraded to 3 stars. Wasn’t even able to be seen due to one missed appointment I regretfully missed my first appointment with Dr. Hargrove and called to apologize and reschedule, as I booked this appointment long ago (ADHD brain, life happens). However, I was disheartened to learn that Dr. Hargrove has a strict policy against rescheduling patients who miss their first appointment.
