As I have recently checked in Friday evening I had no guidance nor Direction nor platform on what we were supposed to do nobody gave me a tour of the building nobody told me this is what you're supposed to do here's a list of what we're supposed to do other than enjoy yourself. Announcements were made only by staff who decided to announce things and you're only allowed to smoke one cigarette per break as the vapors can Vape as much as they possibly can. Once again, I found it necessary to return to Hygea Healthcare for help. This facility is wonderful because Maryland doesn't really offer detox facilities like this one. I need to thank these people, especially for the care they gave me during my stay. Theresa, Tyavia, all the awesome BHTs, all the best nurse's in the world, especially Michelle, Rachel, and Ashley (Dream Team), Ricardo, Rod, Joyce. My experience with Hygea was awesome The staff was excellent and kind and helpful. They attended to most of my needs and they were as supportive with my wants. I recommend if you or a love one needs any help with substance abuse and mental issues please contact Hygea.
Very good experience, was my 1st time in a treatment program and I was very impressed by how helpful and attentive the team was. All of my needs were met, every question I had was answered and all of my troubles were resolved with great solutions.
