Great gym with excellent equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making every workout enjoyable and efficient. Highly recommended.
I have moved from Dallas-Fort Worth to Sealy Texas to care for my parents and I have to say this gym has everything that is needed for a bodybuilder to continue to clang and bang!
I like the place… but there are no clean rags to clean the machines, they are always dirty and the bottle has fabulous floor cleaner and not disinfectant, the floor has some blood stains and they don't clean them
The space is pretty nice but the music is always to loud. I worked with the only trainer there. They were friendly, seemed knowledgeable but flakey. Without warning or explanation I was dropped like a hot potato. Would not recommend this place.
