I wish I can give her a negative star.. I guess 1 star will suffice, after explaining my lower back pain on and off again.. She refused to issue any follow up such as Xray or Ultrasound and advised could be a sleeping issue. Landed in the ER months later, turns out I had severe kidney stones. Avoid here at all cost...
The AI phone service, turning phones off during business, using PIH ON LINE and connecting services ALL DO NOT WORK. I was not served better. My pharmacy needs the doctor approval to fill order.
Only the sore ones will leave a bad review and 1000 others who had nothing but good experiences won't do it so here I am. Dr Jae is very detailed and attentive to your needs. Office staff are nice and timely w follow-up calls and appointments.

My first visit and I’m changing PCP. The Dr was friendly but the main reason I went there was for ear drops and to result my ear and she failed to send my Rx to the pharmacy. When I called her office to ask if she could send it over they told me they would call me back. 2 hours pass and I haven’t heard from them so I call them back.
