This company has no respect or consideration for the community they impose themselves on. Take the new development at Roseville - their workers take all the parking in the community parking spaces at Larkin Lane, regardless of the signposted time limits. All day, every day. It’s impossible to get a car spot, meaning you have to park a long distance away and walk up a massive hill, to get a medical appointment (in my case). I am also a local resident, the trucks and building workers have been extremely rude and not considering others, blocking traffic in the early morning rush hours, ect.
I recently considered purchasing an apartment in Lane Cove built by Hyecorp. Whilst I ultimately decided against the apartment, I have to say the developer's representative, Mariza Frederico was exceptional. I visited the property on two occasions and Mariza spent well over an hour with me on both visited. She was very professional and addressed my queries and needs. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and Mariza really made me feel valued. She is a delightful young woman and a credit to Hyecorp.
My wife and I purchased an apartment from Hyecorp in the Audrey development in St Leonards in 2023. Overall the process has been seamless and enjoyable commencing with the initial contact with our sales consultant Mariza Federico then through each of the construction phases with regular updates provided on the progress of the complex.
