Called over an hour after my dr sent my prescription to them to see if there’s an eta for me to pick up, all they said was “we’ll call we’ll call” - 4 hours later and no calls. So I called them and kindly asked if it’s ready, nasty lady on the phone said “we called an hour ago if you’d pay attention to your phone” and I gave her the same attitude back after that. Hye Pharmacy is truly the BEST! I am sooo happy with this pharmacy and every single person who works there especially all the ladies! My family and I have been with them for about 5 years now and I can’t say enough good things. The team is incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely caring.
