Clint was recommended to me by my realtor to come out and give a quote on some work an inspector recommended on a duplex i'm under contract on. I told him MULTIPLE times via text and on the phone that it was duplex, and the tenants on the occupied side would let him in. When I got the quote- it was only for one side.
