I used Hydrotech 2 years ago to repair some relatively minor leaks and was very satisfied. A few weeks ago i had a major leak, losing a foot of water in less than an hour. Within a few hours, Steve arrived, assessed the problem as probably a cracked pipe in the main drain and he preceded to plug the drain until the pipe could be replaced. A few days later, Damian called to tell me Pivo was on the way to due sound testing and find the specific cause. My stepson owns a pool company up north. He does the exact same work that Hydrotech did for me. His price would have been more than twice what Hydrotech charges! The folks at Hydrotech have always been the best and most responsive organization for my pool leaks. So - when the time came for a complete drain, re-plaster and re-deck - they got the call; and man, did they answer the CALL! Our new pool and spa construction by HydroTech Pools was a thoroughly frustrating experience. It took over 22 weeks to complete the job and during that time we almost never knew what was happening. The construction process was disorganized and lacking leadership. As seasonal clients, we originally signed in November 2017. By late January of 2018, we were informed that they couldn't possibly begin until prior to our departure in April. Hence, the start-date was delayed until the following October. Started using Hydrotech pools in 2013 for weekly service, shortly after I started service they resurfaced the pool, and the following year replaced the screen cage and installed pavers. Six years later the surface of the pool looks like it was recently done. The customer service is top notch they return calls promptly anytime I have had a question. I would highly recommend this company.*******

I had the lanai resurfaced a year ago. It only lasted 4 months before the paint started to peel. It took from May to November for anyone to show up to repair it after several emails, phone calls, and technician assessments. The repair work looks worse than the peeling paint, the deck is now very slippery, and dirt was permanently sealed into the surface. Hydrotech Pools did a Great job. Our pool work was done November 2014. To this day our pool looks great. We get a lot of compliments of how nice it looks. When Damian had suggested we replace the rim around our pool we should have listened. That is our only regret that we didn't listen to Damian. They, also, do pool service and they do a nice job. As always, the servicemen at Hydrotech Pools are prompt, efficient and at a reasonably acceptable cost. I would have no other service company.

September 4, 2018 Hydrotech Pools, Inc Naples Fl Hi - just a quick note of thanks for a job well done by Supervisor Robert R. and his team of professionals. The new waterline tile, and the new spray deck surface look wonderful - what a huge difference.
