An absolute nightmare. We signed the contract 4/15/2021. Permit was denied becuase no one did their due dilligence on setback requirements for my lot. We had to move a septic/drainfield in order to accomodate the pool in another location. Pool dig finally happened 10/20/21. Truck carrying backhoe, tore up our asphalt driveway. ***** promised to fix it "right away" (never happened) and also advised that work should be complete in about 10 weeks. Contracted for a new pool Summer of 2021. It's been 15 months and my pool is still not done. I complain, a little work is done, a month passes and the cycle continues. I've been waiting 4 months and counting for what they say are delays in pool pebbles. Tired of waiting, I've been trying to contact them to get alternative pebbles that are available for almost 2 months but no one answers the phone, or text messages. Signed a contract and made deposit to redo our pool last year ( June 2021) with Hydrotech Pools of Naples Florida. After lengthly delays due to supply issues , work schedules, etc, received e-mail from their Project Manager saying due to the lengthly delays we could ask for our deposit to be returned for which we did. That was on June 8, 2022. Since that time we have called and e-mailed Hydrotech Pools about our $6559 deposit and was told several times they would forward our request to their " Finance " department. We have a... read more

They took my deposit to refinish my fiberglass pool, after 5 months of false start dates I decided to move on. The owner told me that it was best for both parties to issue a refund but it was never refunded. After a month of trying to get my check

project took forever. Work sloppy with defects in pebbling with bare areas, splotchy and streaks. Spillway uneven with leak causing calcification. Poor supervision with difficulty reaching project manager. Refused to meet for final inspection. Poor clean up with sand, drains and cement chunks left at site

Provided a significant deposit for a pool renovation. 7 months later company has done no work, will not return calls, texts or emails and will not return deposit. Guess we will have to take legal action

This company has poor customer service. Their tech changes the pool cleaning schedule regularly, then they blame the customer in unprofessional emails that they are not cooperating with the schedule. They then suspend service for any given week, when it is the tech's fault for rescheduling due to them being overworked by the company. Their tech did a good job when actually attending to the job, but, the schedule for cleaning changed constantly.
