I want to make a comment on the minimal, irrelevant and lame quality of Hydro Scout inspection, work and report done on 12/30/22. They sent inspector on a request for inspection by Olympus Insurance. The conclusion of the inspection and study on that day was written in a report submitted to your client, Olympus Insurance, and later on Olympus Insurance emailed me your report. Notified by the City that we had higher than normal water usage, estimated to be an extra 100 gallons per hour. This was too small to show in the yard. Hydroscout came out and found the leak in about 45 minutes. Plumber followed up and fixed the leak in under an hour. We are a very satisfied customer. Thanks Hydroscout.

Working with Destin Water Users, our condominium determined we had a serious leak somewhere on the ground; however, there was no evidence of bubbling water or soft earth. We saw the great reviews and had heard they were the best so we called Luke at HydroScout. Danny and Ben made the service call and they were tremendous: knowledgeable, personable, and worked rapidly, never stopping for a break. Deceptive practices, I would not recommend this company, despite the 5 stars they try to bury the negative ones. This Company was assigned by my insurance Company, arrived with an inexperienced contractor who met my contractor while I am out of the country. The contractor assigned to do the leak detection, Frank was very rude, angry, conformational in his 5 minutes of finding.
