Hydros is an outstanding company. Dave and crew went above and beyond helping us get into our new RTM home on time. They were there from start to finish and even juggled their schedule when things didn’t go as expected with our other subs. Very disappointed with this company. We had our furnace installed by this company just 6 years ago, and it has already stopped working. When we contacted them for help, they refused to fix it — even though the issue may be related to the installation or a part that should still be under warranty. We expected better customer service( at least help us with the warranty )and accountability, especially after spending so much on a major home system.
