Hydros is an outstanding company. Dave and crew went above and beyond helping us get into our new RTM home on time. They were there from start to finish and even juggled their schedule when things didn’t go as expected with our other subs. Very disappointed with this company. We had our furnace installed by this company just 6 years ago, and it has already stopped working. When we contacted them for help, they refused to fix it — even though the issue may be related to the installation or a part that should still be under warranty. We expected better customer service( at least help us with the warranty )and accountability, especially after spending so much on a major home system. My furnace was having some hiccups. I reached out to Hydros Plumbing & Heating. Dave was prompt in scheduling a time he could come out. He looked over the furnace, provided maintenance recommendations, did an adjustment and the furnace was purring again. Dave provided me with a quote and price on a part that may need replacing in the future and a price on a new furnace just in case. Although they were not able to work on my mobile home, he was open, honest and very respectful. They were polite and quick to respond. I would certainly call on them for non-mobile home needs in the future.
