Had done business at hydro power for quite sometime. Until today was told it would take 2 days to match the seals up. No thanks . Went to hydraulic services and supply’s in Richland the gentleman had it matched and all finished in 10 minutes tops and cost a lot less than hydro power . Use hydraulic services 100% better company
If I could give this a negative 10 start review, I would. I called to ask if they could ship to me in arkansas if I dropped off my hydraulic for full rebuild(it went out when doing a job in near by city) and asked how that process worked, and I was told “we don’t do any of that” and then hung up on me. Very poor and disrespectful. Makes it worse, I was referred to them. Never again.
Late in afternoon I had a hydraulic winch lock in a bind under load. I called them and without hesitation or knowing me, they said bring it over. They stayed past closing to get the winch in a safe position and determined the problem. They went above and beyond for me. They are the best!!!!
