Adam and Adrian are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things hot tub related. We spent several months liaising with Adam and had a lot of questions — he was consistently patient, informative, and professional throughout. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding, with no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice and support. We felt really well looked after and would highly recommend them without hesitation!
I needed parts for my existing hot tub at short notice and Suzanne could not have been more helpful. She was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable and went over and above to make sure my delivery arrived on time. A real asset to your company.
Adrian is at the opposite end of the country from us so is unable to actually supply our hot tub but offered to give me some much needed advice and reviewed my plans for me to get me started, without any promise of a sale. This was helpful....so, a good and helpful guy...and good luck with whatever your own hot tubs plans are 😊

Amazing product, amazing people!We looked at other suppliers and brands however the combination of the product and service from Hydropool was what set them apart from the others.. Nothing is too much trouble. 3 weeks ago, I decided I needed a swim spa for my failing mobility, today I had my 5th day of swimming! It exceeds all my expectations! Thank you Adrian and all the team!
