We purchased a Serenity hot tub from Hydrapool Midlands, Chris was really helpful in finding a hot tub to meet our needs and within our budget. He worked really hard together with Cabin Master to have our hot tub in a garden room. The Serenity Hot Tub is amazing and very easy to maintain it gets rid of my back pain instantly. Installation went without a hitch, installers connected up the power and filled the tub. Introduction provided, to the cleaning regime. A couple of teething problems on the first weekend were rectified by a return visit on the first working day thereafter.
