I recently purchased a Wellis Palermo Hot Tub from Hydropool Inverness. I cannot praise the entire team enough. Since initially walking into their Inverness Showroom back in October 2022 they have provided outstanding service, expertise and knowledge with nothing at all ever proving too much for them. Both Colin and Gabor were so helpful and easy to deal with. They made several site visits in preparation and kept me fully updated with all progress in relation to my Hot tub. I didn’t purchase from the Inverness showroom but I certainly will in future. These guys I can’t praise enough. Experts in their profession and no quibbles on the miles travelling here and in all weather to investigate & repair. If all businesses were as helpful my life would be so much easier and happier. Thank you guys .
Just a nightmare . Our hot tub had lots of problems from day one . Gabor promises to come and sort it out and never turns up . All great excuses but over a year on and it’s the same old story. Very interesting they have no social profile on FB or Insta if they did I would be on there. I’ve had other hot tubs from different companies who were much better
