American Grease & Septic got me in contact with the company after finding multiple issues with my septic system. On Monday (10/23) afternoon, they got Josh from Hydromax to take a look at my issues. Josh had a crew there the next morning to start the work. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner, but the communication and status updates throughout the day was great. They were just supposed to hook up a hot water tank and while they were hooking it up knocked out the cold water it worked before they got here they have denied it and refused to fix their mistake horrible business ethics would never recommend to anyone

Dave and his team were beyond professional and very mindful of my home as if it were their own. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. They were concerned about the cleanliness of their shoes and their work. They tested everything to make sure my family will remain safe. There is a Hydromax truck running at the riverfront and I can hear it from 2 miles away. Fix your awful trucks.

Took less than hour to hopefully fix my issue. So far so good, the guy sent out was very informative and told me to call the city to clean in their end. Ewsu came out the next day and did what was needed as well.
