Unfortunately they do not have negative stars or else I would have chosen that. We recently went in to purchase a water SOFTENER. However, they sold us a water conditioner system. When we went in to tell them it wasn’t softening the water, the very rude manager Greg, told us we purchased the wrong system. The salesman sold us the wrong system and they refuse to take it back to sell us the correct system we asked for. Love these guys
We recently visited the store on 3/10/25 for a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms. We were the only customers in the store and were told by the employee at the front desk that someone would be with us soon. After about 30 minutes of looking around a woman came out, answered one question and couldn't seem to get away quickly enough and was not friendly at all.
