I had a terrible experience with this pool company and wouldn't recommend them for regular pool maintenance. Under their care, my chlorine levels rose to 20ppm, dangerous levels that are enough to send someone to the ER. I verified these numbers with my own Taylor test kit and 2 other pool stores that offer water testing. Sometimes I caught them just sitting in my patio doing absolutely nothing. Andrea and her team were very professional, proficient, and real experts on their field. Our pool, along with other parts of our home, was impacted by the storm on May 16th in Houston. They came to the rescue, and collaborated with us while we pulled other technicians to solve different issues. We are very grateful for the work they did and will recommend them in a heartbeat.
