Andrea quickly responded to diagnose my heater malfunction that tripped my GFI. She ordered the parts and they were installed and it’s up & running again. They also did a great job cleaning my cartridge filters & got my pool cleaner moving again!
I had a terrible experience with this pool company and wouldn't recommend them for regular pool maintenance. Under their care, my chlorine levels rose to 20ppm, dangerous levels that are enough to send someone to the ER. I verified these numbers with my own Taylor test kit and 2 other pool stores that offer water testing. Sometimes I caught them just sitting in my patio doing absolutely nothing. Andrea and her team were very professional, proficient, and real experts on their field. Our pool, along with other parts of our home, was impacted by the storm on May 16th in Houston. Melanie was kind and knowledgeable and relayed my concerns to the service department. The service technician, Michael, identified the problem. He was very thorough and explained everything. I am very pleased with the service I received. I would recommend Hydrolife Pool Services and would use them again.
