Wrong parts were sent and since that time have sent numerous email to (Joe) with one response saying it was my fault, after I told him I was wanting a program key and didn't know much about it. I was to blame ( ok with that, just need the correct part) and now refuses to answer my emails. If anyone is available to give me a call, it would be greatly appreciated. CW Compactor and Baler LLC UPDATE: Was able to resolve all the issues with Joe and order the correct part. ( A nice gentleman call )
para camioneros ,,si vas a recoger ,,,ahí hay bastante personal amable , ahi dentro,,son bastante cuidadosos con la carga por lo que se tomarán su tiempo para cargar en mi caso chequeo 12:30 ,,salida 2:50 ,,pero les doy mis 5 estrellas por la gran amabilidad que poseen,,también tienen un baño dentro por si necesitan suerte .
Tech support is a joke. Can never get ahold of them. They will proceed to get upset work isn’t getting done, but they will not answer the phone even after 50 calls texts and voicemails. Cannot complete work, when tech support doesn’t exist to help troubleshoot the machine.
