Payed $700 to get my mini split cleaned , worked fine. After it was cleaned it started leaking, the following night it sounded like an airplane took off and sprayed water all over the house. Said they’d call back when I addressed it, never got a call back, and is going to cost me hundreds if not thousands to fix.
This is who you need to call to get any heat pump/duct work cleaned. Friendly, experienced, family run business who care about their customers. They hauled out so much dirt I couldn't believe my eyes. They also explained each part of the process which I appreciate as a new home owner. 10/10 will be going back again.
Thursday a.m. – A cleaning technician came to our home to service the unit. Quite friendly and right on time. Thursday evening – I came home and the unit was no longer working. My husband turned it off and on from the junction box, but it still did not work. Only a green flashing light appeared. Friday a.m. – I called to advise them of the situation.
