Thursday a.m. – A cleaning technician came to our home to service the unit. Quite friendly and right on time. Thursday evening – I came home and the unit was no longer working. My husband turned it off and on from the junction box, but it still did not work. Only a green flashing light appeared. Friday a.m. – I called to advise them of the situation. Great service. They were able to book us for same-day cleaning, which we weren't expecting but appreciated. Dan was professional and efficient.
Super easy to book appointments, like that I get a reminder in the mail when service is due. Great customer service. Appreciate that they serve Grande-Digue area. Dan and Brad were great, cleaned up after they were done. Dryer and mini split are now clean and working efficiently. Mild (and pleasant) citrus smell to the mini split for a few minutes afterwards, but went away very quickly. Would recommend.
