Great service from HydroHoist. When we first purchased our house we had to reconfigure out lift from a vhull to a tritoon. This was back in 2019. They came out and did a great job. We needed to reconfigure again for different type of boat. I am not an expert and they could have easily charged a lot of money to reconfigure again. We are thrilled with our new Hydrohoist boat lift and Wave Armor jetski ramp. Everyone we dealt with from Mike the owner, to Greg with placing the order, to Phillip and Drew with the install has been amazing. Customer service still is important to this company in a time when that can be hard to find. Phillip and Drew were so helpful and patient with us and answered all of our questions about operating the equipment. God bless all of you!
Excellent customer service! The owner answered in the evening and the very next morning he had a guy out there to fix my boat lift. Everything works perfectly now! Wow I wish our government could be that efficient
I came here to unload, I ended up being late but they were still able to unload me. Super nice folks here and they also let the drivers use their inside restroom, keep up the good work yall
