Excellent business standards that you can count upon. We have a Hydrohoist lift and PWC dock. Excellent quality, professional and most capable staff to support their products. I recall a modification when we changed boats when final charge was less than estimated and had a recent service need where they exceeded expectations once again. Highly recommend!
Had issue with my very old Boat Lift which left my boat tilted heavily to one side. Contacted HydroHoist of Carolinas who immediately replied and rapidly came out to resolve lift issues to get my boat back flat and floating. Although they would have repaired the old lift, I understood how it old it was, etc. Accordingly I asked and rapidly received a quote for removal of old and install of new Lift.
