Hydrohoist’s service is horrible! I ordered a new Hydroport Extreme mid- April this year (’21). At the time I placed the order they said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Four weeks later I called them back because I had not received any update. The call wasn’t answered so I left a voicemail. Several days later they finally returned my call.
