Long story short, I had a problem that another water heater company wasn't able to help me with. I was eventually connected with Gary and Angel from Hydroflow and they were total pros, very knowledgeable. Gary was able to quickly identify the specific problem on my water heater and Angel applied the repair quickly as soon as the replacement part arrived.
The Hydroflow company was very responsive and sent knowledgeable and professional technicians to fix the problem with my hot water heater in a timely and efficient manner! I Would definitely recommend them and would gladly use them again for any plumbing needs!
I had such a good experience with Hydroflow. We have a 10 year old water heater that needed a faulty part replaced. I was referred to Hydroflow by the manufacturer. My phone call was taken right away, we had a great talk where I was given a realistic timeline and followed up by a text confirmation.
