I've had 2 sessions with Scott for bad back pain, off work for 4 weeks. In just those 2 sessions big improvement, I'm sleeping better and Scott has put me on a exercise plan to improve and strengthen my hips and back...Would recommend Power Elite at Narellan to anyone.

They’re customer-focused, taking the time to understand your needs and tailor treatment to you. It’s a caring practice where you feel supported the whole way through. They’re also well equipped, with access to a gym and a hydro pool, which makes rehab and recovery even more effective and convenient. Couldn’t recommend them more—such a great team

During some of my most vulnerable and lowest moments due my knee and back injury. Scott and the team made me feel truly welcome — like I was part of the family. His extensive years of experience show in the way he explains everything with such clarity and care. I genuinely looked forward to each session; it felt more like visiting a retreat centre than a physiotherapy appointment. Highly recommended.
