Horrible experience and unknowledgeable staff. Trespassed on my property and claimed compliance issues which ended up being wrong. Waste of time. Steer clear of this awful company.
Unfortunately we had an upsetting experience with this company. We were forced by the city to switch our meter and the tech was very rude and unprofessional. If you have a choice, I’d stay far away from this company.
Awful company, your told to make a 4hr window for their tech and they show up whenever anyways. Their tech Jere specifically was incredibly unprofessional. Showed up early for the appoint demanded to be let in because "it's Friday and he can't wait for the home owner to show up". Their techs show up in unmarked vehicles, no uniform, with no identification of any kind and have no paperwork in hand before or after the inspection.
