Doesn’t call back
This company came to my neighborhood and failed several homes for backflow prevention. We then received a letter from the city threatening to fine us 100.00 if we did not submit a passing test within 2 weeks. We hired someone and the test had passed. What a waste of time and money for the neighborhood!
The employee who came to our house was nice, the people at the phone number had no clue what they were talking about. We literally told the person we had the updated water meter and they said we needed to be home and we couldn’t reschedule and we had to change an out of town trip for NOTHING.
