This feels like I am living in a communist state. They want to come unto my property and inside my home for some kind of an inspection without being invited or asked to come in. If I need something fixed in my home, and I called someone, then that is a different situation. When did we loose all of our right?

HydroCorp was hired by the city I live in to replace my water meter last summer. Right after the guy left I went down to look at the meter and it was dripping water, the guy came back in the morning and then broke the shut off valve on my side of the meter the next morning and decided to just cap it because he wasn't sure how to fix/replace a shut off valve. This summer I renovated my kitchen and hired a real plumber to hookup my sink, faucets and replace my exterior spigot, and replace the broken shut off valve. As my real ... read more

City changing all water meters. I was very stressed about having this mandatory change. I did not want strangers in my house. I made an appointment and Kyle came and switched my meter. He was very professional, polite and answered my questions. He was done in just a few minutes. I feel I was stressed over nothing, if I had only known how professional this job was going to be completed. Thank you to Kyle, great worker.
