The employee who came to our house was nice, the people at the phone number had no clue what they were talking about. We literally told the person we had the updated water meter and they said we needed to be home and we couldn’t reschedule and we had to change an out of town trip for NOTHING.
Jeff Holbrook was great I really appreciated his service. He changed my water meter was very polit and efficient.
This feels like I am living in a communist state. They want to come unto my property and inside my home for some kind of an inspection without being invited or asked to come in. If I need something fixed in my home, and I called someone, then that is a different situation. When did we loose all of our right?
