City changing all water meters. I was very stressed about having this mandatory change. I did not want strangers in my house. I made an appointment and Kyle came and switched my meter. He was very professional, polite and answered my questions. He was done in just a few minutes. I feel I was stressed over nothing, if I had only known how professional this job was going to be completed. Thank you to Kyle, great worker.

Unprofessional conduct. Kieth Barowicz from HydroCorp explicitly threatened our company with a 'damning' Google review unless we agreed to sell him equipment at a significant financial loss to ourselves. We value our customers, but we cannot support a business relationship built on threats and financial demands over circumstances (tariffs) beyond our control.
