this company came by my home with a representative carrying no ID and in a regular truck without a sign. when I asked who he was he said he was working for the city of Waterford I asked him to leave unless I see ID. I called the city and they said I had to deal with hydrocorp. he left a backflow device for one of my outside spickets. earlier last year a couple was robbed and killed in Rochester by an individual posing as a utility worker. you understand my concern about an ID and a truck that is marked. They are rude and ignorant to what they were talking about. Couldn’t explain what they were looking for or why. Just if I didn’t do what they wanted, they will call the city and I will get in trouble. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for anything.
