Okay, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and it confirms it; this place SUCKS! Using the machine you're required to pay the first $4.00 dollars and I have no idea what each minute costs. The problem is; there were no soap in the machine. I then switched to the brush and all it did was hiss. No soap came out. I called the number three times and no one picked up.
The auto car wash is nice but the extra money for tje grill bug removal is not worth it Did a horrible job
The self-serve bay doesn't have a height clearance sign posted. For reference, we are in a 9'4" van and managed to fit just fine. It was also convenient to be able to use a credit card for payment. However, the actual wash quality was disappointing. The foam brush option had hardly any soap coming out of it—most of the suds on our van came from our own pre-spray that we applied.
