I find that Hydrosolar has great ideas and products but that its help desk service is spotty. Sometimes they reply very quickly (and usefully) and other times they don't reply.
My geothermal heat pump that was sized and sold by their technical team allowed me to save money on my electricity bill. Highly recommend their turnkey service
