We got the 2nd highest car wash and our vehicle was still filthy 🙄 waste of money. The truck is literally still wet in these photos.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I lost 19.25 put in a 20 for 10$ wash,it gave me back 75¢ ,three quarters and the thing didn't even work!! Email isn't any good and I don't see a phone number but by the reviews I guess I'm out of 20$ damnit!!! I work hard for my money!!!
I use this car wash quite frequently but only the manual one, I avoid the automatic car wash because it's too expensive and if you have much more than some dust on your car it simply doesn't get the job done, but truthfully I've never used an automatic car wash that was very effective. The reason for only four stars isn't because of the car washes cleaning abilities, it's because often you'll see certain characters hanging around there pretending to be patrons but are actually up to something else entirely. No customer service. No number to call with issues like refund needed when the machine takes your money, or the automatic carwash has no electricity to it. Email provided never is given a response. $17.25 wasted and no one to advise. Bonnie Mist is the way to go. Anytime you call with situations, they are there to advise and make things right.
