Shameful crooks! I used their services before and the two ladies that came were helpful enough that I recommended them to my mother in law. I paid $300 for 10min of work (camera and jet). I even pulled the toilet myself before they got there. They show up to her house, accept payment and say they’re too busy but they’d come back next week. This week, a man calls and says they’ll send someone out for another $300. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Woman was very rude and seemed to feel like she is better than everyone.

Two women came to our house. I think they did fine. I received hydro jet service and with that came footage of the drain they handed to me before they left 300.00. I recommend them to my mother and she called and used them. Her experience was totally different. They showed up, rushed to do the service and said they were so busy that day and couldn't do the camera part and they would be back next week to take care of that. She said ok and paid 300.00. Now they call her back saying she will have to pay another 300.00 for them ... read more
