Tom and his team were fantastic. They did an outstanding job repairing my ductwork, sealing my system and insulating everything. The company that had installed the equipment before I bought my house did a shotty job on it all. I called Hydro-Serve on Monday, Tom came out that day to inspect everything, and he had a quote to me later that afternoon. I can’t think of a company that delivers better customer service. Detail focused. Great communication. If it was an option, I’d use Hydro Serv for every mechanical issue a home can have.
We had a great experience with Hydro-Serv. Clear communication from the beginning through the job completion. They took extra care of my house to ensure they did everything possible to leave my house in great shape, laying down tarps, wearing booties, and were gentle around all of my furniture. Skip and his team has extensive experience and delivered prompt, professional service at competitive rates. They arrived fully equipped for a whole-house duct cleaning. All work was completed as promised, and they kept my home exceptionally clean throughout the process, using drop cloths and plastic coverings.
