I highly recommend Hydro Scout and their technician, Andrew! After a frustrating week with another leak detection company that misdiagnosed the issue and led to my plumber digging two unnecessary holes in my floor, I reached out to Hydro Scout. Our HOA experienced a sudden water use jump and contacted a plumber. He suggested we try HydroScout. They came out the next day and determined there was a 4 gallon per hour leak but rain interrupted the search. They came back out and searched again. Paul had a hard time locating the leak and had Josh come out to help. After repeated searches they were able to pinpoint the fairly small leak. They were professional, timely and diligent.
