Our transformer outside our home blew at 10 pm - i reported it online by 11:55 pm there was a crew there to fix it - great service 😀hydro quebec rocks !
We lost power at 9:37 am and still don't have power at 7:00pm. The area is le ruisseau in Gatineau.Now we are being told it won't be on until 8:00pm. I won't hold my breath. They are saying vegetation caused the pole to catch on fire. Well I didn't hear any fire trucks. Very bad service.
