Hydro Pro Tubs have been an excellent product. Additionally, their installation duo were some of the best I've ever worked with on a project of this magnitude. They were super polite, incredible out of the box thinkers and men of integrity, a word you don't often use in today's work force language !!There were some contacts in the process who were unprepared, but the salesman, installation "crew" of Don Krieg and Devin Vickery who worked tirelessly to make it work. RIP off! Do not buy without first getting into one n try to get in n out without trouble. Not only that. Company does not respond to problems n salesperson never returns phone calls/ texts. Paid cash for it and had mine installed in Feb2018 n leaks everywhere n have had extensive water damage in the walls n plumbers can not get in to fix because wires/ connections n even electric outlet box is just dangling right inside the panel to be able to get to the drain n water connections - making it very hazardous. I have had my tub for 3 years now, and have only been able to use it for 2 because it took about 6 months to get it repaired each time. I practically had to call on a daily basis. The service department was almost impossible to deal with. While everyone I dealt with was friendly, the service manager told me countless times that someone was on their way to my house or that he would find out when they would be here and call me back. When the tub was installed in January, I was promised by Sean, the installer, that I would get a different control for the flow of the jets. I have called the company 4x, and have been told a work order has been put in and someone will call me. HASN'T HAPPENED. I was told the part would be mailed to my home, when I get it I am to call so a repairman can come out to install it.
