Was on my 1st job of the day and my pressure hose burst. I panicked bc I had 4 more jobs scheduled. Went by Hydropower and spoke with Blake. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he got me going in less than 5 minutes. Made it to my next job on time. He saved the day for my business. Definitely will use them again.
I called around looking for help in a cylinder repair. Called these guys and explained my position and Earl was amazing. He put a rush job in and I had my cylinder back in 24 hours. I know that can’t always happen, but these guys went over and above to help me get back to work. Top quality work at a reasonable price and totally transparent in what needed to be done! Had done business at hydro power for quite sometime. Until today was told it would take 2 days to match the seals up. No thanks . Went to hydraulic services and supply’s in Richland the gentleman had it matched and all finished in 10 minutes tops and cost a lot less than hydro power . Use hydraulic services 100% better company
