I get they have a ton of people working very hard, this is not addressed to them, this is for the lack of communication, and the forced AI response loop where they tell you to go to place that is not working to get information that is not displayed.

Wish I could give zero stars! Power goes out randomly at my house on a regular basis during perfect weather conditions, while surrounding streets all maintain power. Ridiculous!
