Hydro Ottawa sometimes cut out my electricity sometimes, and that can get pretty annoying. Please fix your severs or something!
Called to get my utility bills for 2023 as they only provide 24 months billing history via their website. Was told I will be charged $100 for that service. No wonder Hydro Ottawa is a joke nowadays!

The level of incompetence in this organization is next level. The people in the office and the management have no common sense or ability to think on their own. If I could give them a negative star review I would!!!!
Hydro ottawa is not a good company and the reason they treat people the way they do is they know we the customer have no other company to go to for electricity so they dont care how they treat us
