The level of incompetence in this organization is next level. The people in the office and the management have no common sense or ability to think on their own. If I could give them a negative star review I would!!!!
Hydro ottawa is not a good company and the reason they treat people the way they do is they know we the customer have no other company to go to for electricity so they dont care how they treat us
Why is Ottawa Hydro letting management go without cause? Is it becauae they worked during the strike and the union didn't like it so that is your way of thanking them. OR Could it be the WSIB cover up? Yes Mr. Vice president im looking right at you.
I don’t even know where to begin with Hydro Ottawa. For a company that calls itself a utility, they act more like a faceless corporation, even worst, it hides behind call centres and excuses. In 2018, they spent an estimated $4.5 million on a building that was supposed to improve customer service here in the city (and it did before COVID) .
