Had a hot tub delivered for my daughters 14th birthday /Halloween party. Took advantage of the instant hot water Hydro Hot Tubs so we were able to use to use the hot tub the same day it was set up.instantly Great service, Great delivery fully informed on the delivery set and demonstrated.
Hired a hot-tub for a 5 day period and was fab! Team arrived early on the initial day (not included in the 5 day hire!) to set up, all very quick and easy. Instructions were clear and easy to understand and then left to fill and heat. Been gone 24 hours and already missing it! Was a great hire, amazing hot tub, kept its heat, comfy, clean - everything you could ask for or want!
First rate customer service. Would definitely use again.
Very easy to book dates online, and complete the booking process Two great guys came and set up the hot tub and it took 24 hours to be hot The pool and bubbles really nice Unfortunately, not enough instructions on using the actual unit, couldn't work out how to re-set the temperature, website no help, help email no reply. Customer service could be better.
Friendly and efficient service. Hot tub was in perfect condition. No problems.
