Worst place to pickup a flatbed load. They take forever to load one trailer then play with straps and waste another couple of hours to tarp/strap. Night shift guys barely do any work because they take frequent breaks. Even if you have an appointment and they start loading still its gonna be 4+ hours until they finish. Knowing if someone is waiting for last 10 - 15 hours they'll keep lying saying they will do it but no one touches the trailer. Good luck coming here. Highly recommend avoid this place. Started over 3 years ago and I'm still there.
This company don't deserve even a one star review. They work you 12 hours a day for 3 months then when you are about to get hired full time they fire you. Not a recommended place to work. You're wasting your time.
Very disrespectful. Managers here need be respectful to the driver's and understand it's not there responsibility to tarp load. It is only your responsibility to provide the product in a timely manner and load trailers. The securement in tarping is the responsibility of the individuals company not shipper's. Stop dealing the process you have a complaint take it to the other company CSR or your customers.
