The owner of the company, Russell, only managed to get our pool clean for a few weeks before each service he started leaving our pool with unbalanced chemicals, never enough chlorine, and failed nearly service to brush the pool. When I asked about the poor quality of the service, Russell stated that he had "really not been enjoying servicing your pool" as his reason for taking his payment but not making an attempt at proper cleaning each week.
