I had an excellent experience with your company, thank you! I had ductwork cleaned for 3 furnaces in my large home. The pricing was better than all the competition by hundreds and your staff was friendly, thorough, and professional. I appreciate that the owner moved a mountain to get the team out to my house the next day so that I could keep my construction schedule on track. I highly recommend Hydro Clean of Michigan and will use again in the future. 🙂👍

I recently had Hydroclean come to my home for carpet cleaning and I was really impressed with the professionalism and quality of their work. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and took great care to make sure everything was done right. The difference was noticeable right away. My home looks so much better now. The technician gave us a low price over the phone, but once they arrived, they claimed we had ‘serious issues’ that required additional services. By the time they were done, the bill was three times higher than the original quote. It felt like a scam to upsell unnecessary work.

After their so-called cleaning, our HVAC system started making loud noises and stopped working properly. Another contractor inspected it and said parts had been damaged during the cleaning process. Now we’re stuck with costly repairs on top of the service we already paid for.
