They don’t show up when scheduled… they skip weeks without notice. Show up unannounced on days they aren’t supposed to be here. Looks green and dirty. Will be discontinuing service.

Do not use this company. Paid $500. Nobody came out to check my pool at all.
Terrible business no show but still try and bill you. Hasn't returned phone call in weeks.stay away. Was having house remodeled and crew stated truck showed up and they sat there for a few minutes and left.
Highly highly advise people to not use hydrobright pool service for a lot of reasons.. They don’t show up weekly like they are supposed to, instead maybe once a month if that. When they do show up I’m not sure they even do anything as far as chemicals, cleaning filter, and/or the leaves. My pool sat full of leaves and out of salt for 3 months when I advised them I no longer needed service they then told me I owed 507 dollars!!
