Do not hire this company to perform pool cleaning services. We have paid the invoices that were sent, but they did not provide weekly services. There was a long period of time in which no invoices were sent. I called the office on numerous occasions, only to be given different excuses everytime. I understand businesses are dealing with worker shortages, but you would think that after 7 months the company would figure things out. My son and daughter in law purchased our home from us on 22-Mar-2022. Hydro bright pool service has serviced the pool in our home for many years. I always had the invoice coming to my Post Office Box in Pinellas Park. My daughter in law tried to change the billing address after they purchased the home. To this day it still has not been changed. I received an invoice today. They do not answer their phone.
