This place is horrific. They not only do not have the product that they advertise on their website, but their service coordinator gives false information about their services. They do NOT have immunity IVs. Nobody here is an actual doctor. They do NOT follow USP guidelines, and in fact I ave reported them at such (this is a huge issue with getting endotoxemia and phlebitis — terrible, terrible). Also, Despite what their website says, they are NOT open for appointments Saturday.
I booked an appointment. No one was there. I called and they said they left a message for me that they canceled my appointment. They did not call me. There is no voicemail and no record of anyone trying to reach me what a total waste of time customer service.
Really clean, comfortable place. Aretha and Chris were great. They are very nice and professional. They make sure you are comfy before, during, and after. The IV saved our horrible hangovers.
The staff was very friendly, professional and informative. The facility is very calming. I felt very relaxed and my treatment was great! I suffer from anemia but after my treatment I had and still have a lot of energy! I already see a change in my skin. I’m truly a customer for life. Looking forward to increased health benefits.
