Good experience loading here. Drivers pay attention on the comment where the lady explained where is the entrance (most likes). And I'm kindly asking, whoever is in charge of that matter, to put sign "non bulk shipping and receiving" on the side of the warehouse, so we can see it on time. I went to the bussines office first.
Not a friendly place. New entrance off of airline hwy no directions from old address , gate closed. When you enter the plant there are no directions to shipping and receiving, tried to ask the lady at the gate intercom and she just hung up on me.
Went thru the gate at 6:30. Appointment wasn't until 10:00. Took me immediately. Love it!!!
I used to pickup here for Yellow Freight. The people in receiving are exceptional.
DO NOT ENTER OFF WCF and N DR!!! That gate is now CLOSED. They have a NEW Entrance off W Airline Hwy. Google still has it as a grass field. You will see a big red lit up sign that says Hydrate. Enter there at the gate. Push the button to talk to the guard. Follow the signs back to receiving office. It's the building on the right when you get to the yield sign go up the stairs and check in on the corner of the building. Plenty of room to get straight and backed in. I hope my map helps the next driver.
